Simple diet tip is eat a little of everything, work most of my life. Only put on weight if I stop exercising. Its me @phyllgerry xx
treat yourself maybe once a day , to give you the incentive to diet
good luck @savvymum4autism
My diet tip is to drink a pint of water before each meal time, you'll feel full up alot quicker and it's away of making you drink the recommended amount of water in a day!
Well Done on your weight loss, and good luck xx
@dannclan
eat lots of veg with your evening meal to fill you up so you dont snack all night @ashlallan
Try and eat healthily 80% of the time and drink plenty of water.
@jazza1
A bowl of soup for lunch will help you fill fuller for longer. get rid of any temptaions and replace with fruit. Try walking rather than taking the car.It's hard when there are soooo many habits to break
swap mince for quorn, and chicken for quorn pieces, you cant tell the difference and its so much lower in fat
Cut down on the calories, exercise regularly and set yourself a weekly target
Green tea to speed up matabolism is my top tip!.

Eat a moderate portion with good healthy ingredients and get into the habit of taking enough exercise so you have a nice energy balance.
