The series of mixology classes will celebrate the history of cocktails and is held at No. 6 Fitzroy Square, on Tuesday 5th April.

Your journey will begin in a 1920s bar, where you’ll be able to sip some of the world’s first cocktails, such as the Whis-Per. From here you will enter the 70s disco era, so make sure you bring your dancing shoes and are prepared for cocktail shaking behind the bar. Your journey will end in 2011 with international mixologist Laurent Greco, who will amaze you with his daring cocktails. Whilst savouring the classics and the latest in cocktails, you will also have the chance to enjoy delicious food inspired by the past and present. 

Sourced from Vergèze, France since 1904, Perrier is a refreshing sparkling soft drink that can be enjoyed on its own or as a mixer for cocktails.  The neutral flavour of Perrier makes it the perfect mixer for cocktails.
